  • 1. All passengers must download the Aarogya Setu App.

  • 1. Symptomatic passengers will be tested and shall be required to go for institutional quarantine till the test results are available.

Guidelines for Tourists

  • 1. For tourists, it is mandatory to pre-book an accommodation with a hotel registered with the Department of Tourism. Proof of booking for the entire duration of stay will be checked at entry points.
  • 2. Those who wish to change their accommodation must do so only to an accommodation permitted by the Department of Tourism. It is mandatory to show the proof of rebooking (if available) to the Rapid Response leader before shifting.
  • 3. A self-declaration has to be presented to the accommodation facility for contact tracing.

1. Domestic travelers do not need to show a Covid-19 negative test report to enter Goa and no more tests are being conducted for domestic travellers on arrival.

  • 1. All passengers or returnees entering Jammu & Kashmir, by air, road and rail, will have to undergo compulsory COVID-19 testing. Defence personnel are exempted from this rule.
  • 2. All travellers would be kept under administrative quarantine till the test result is shown negative, after which they would be released for home quarantine.
  • 3. Travellers testing positive for COVID-19 would be sent to a COVID hospital for treatment.

  • 3. Those travelling to Rajasthan for less than 7 days are exempted from home quarantine, provided they submit an RT-PCR negative test certificate.
  • 4. Passengers who reach Rajasthan without the RT-PCR testing and intend to leave within 7 days, would be sent for home quarantine. However, if such passengers undergo the RT-PCR testing and are found negative, they would be exempted from home quarantine for the remainder of their stay and allowed to return.

Mandatory for Travellers

  • 1. All international travellers flying to Karnataka must:
  • 2. Submit a self-declaration form online at www.newdelhiairport.in at least 72 hours before boarding their flight to India.
  • 3. Give an undertaking on the portal that they would undergo mandatory quarantine for 14 days, which includes 7 days paid institutional quarantine at their own cost, followed by 7 days isolation at home. Exemptions from institutional quarantine will be allowed only for very compelling reasons like pregnancy, death, serious illness in the family or in the case for parent(s) with children of the age of 10 years or below. For such cases, home quarantine may be permitted for 14 days, provided they have with them a negative RT-PCR test report.
  • 4. Incoming travellers must observe standard COVID-19 precautions (compulsory wearing of face mask, physical distancing of 2metres/ 6feet), frequent hand-washing with soap+water, using hand sanitizer, following cough etiquette etc.) while in public areas and workplaces.
  • 5. The District Health Authority/ BBMP has plans to initiate an IEC (information, education and Communication) Campaign for incoming travellers about the importance of self-reporting, self-isolation and COVID-19 testing of symptomatic persons.

  • 1. All passengers showing moderate to severe symptoms will be admitted to dedicated COVID health facilities.

  • 1. No e-Pass is required to travel inter-state and inter-district.E-Pass is required to travel to and from Chandigarh to Himachal Pradesh, J&K and Uttarakhand. Application for pass has to be made in the source state.
  • 2. No restrictions on night travelling.
  • 3. No restriction on number of passengers travelling in the vehicle.
  • 4. All passengers need to carry a government ID which has valid address proof.
  • 5. It is mandatory to wear a mask while travelling.
  • 6. No permission for pick-up or drop if the location falls in containment Zone.
  • 7. People aged above 65 years or those with comorbidities, pregnant women and children less than 10 years have been advised to stay home.

Madhya Pradesh

Mandatory for Travellers

  • 1. All the inbound and outbound travellers are required to submit a self-declaration form stating their personal contact details.
  • 2. All passengers who are under observation for showing symptoms of COVID-19, would be required to download the Aarogya Setu app mandatorily, for contact tracing purposes.
  • 3. Passengers travelling to Indore are required to install the Indore 311 App, self-register themselves before arrival and consistently update their health status for 14 days.

Quarantine and Testing Rules

  • 1. All travellers are subject to thermal screening. Symptomatic travellers are required to undergo Covid-19 testing and quarantine at a designated institution until results arrive. Persons who test positive will be taken to Covid-19 care facility and those testing negative will not be required to undergo any further quarantine.
  • 2. Persons undergoing home quarantine must submit an undertaking incase they develop Covid-19 symptoms during their stay.

Air Travel Guidelines

  • 1. Travellers entering Madhya Pradesh for a short business trip (less than 3 days) are required to inform the admin officials at the airport.
  • 2. Incoming passengers may be required to get tested for Covid-19 at the airport as per directions of the health officials.
  • Respective district collectors will be notified about all symptomatic passengers who are not residents of the district where the airport is located or are travelling to other districts.
  • 3. Passengers will be thermally screened before entering the airport. A self-declaration form stating that the passenger is free of Covid-19 or an Aarogya Setu status update is required before boarding any flight. Those with 'Red' status on their Aarogya Setu App cannot fly.
  • 4. It is advisable that all passengers do a web check-in before arriving at the airport. Physical check-in has been temporarily suspended at most airports across the country.
  • 5. Passengers arriving at the airport should be wearing a mask at all times.
  • 6. Passengers ought to time their entry into the airport 2 hours before departure (minimum). At most airports, the baggage drop off counters close about 60 minutes before departure.

Maharashtra

Mandatory for Travellers

  • 1. Travellers are required to install the Aarogya Setu App on their smartphones.
  • 2. All passengers entering and exiting Maharashtra are required to declare that they are not coming from any containment zone and are free of COVID-19.
  • 3. All passengers have to declare that they have not tested positive for COVID-19 in the last two months and are not currently under quarantine.
  • 4. Any passenger found travelling without meeting the required conditions would face penal action.
  • 5. Passengers will not be allowed to enter containment zones or hotspot areas.
  • 6. All passengers need to inform the authorities about their place of stay if they are not staying at their official addresses.

Quarantine and Testing Rules

  • 1. All travellers entering the state will receive a hand stamp on their left-hand giving date and other details of entry. They are then required to be under home quarantine for 14 days, except in the case of Shirdi where a 10-day institutional quarantine, followed by 4-day home quarantine is mandatory.
